A Magazine for Modern Woodcraft
Crosscut was designed for woodworking artists who are not only passionate about wood but also as a creative conceptual art form. There are several woodworking magazines that help to inspire woodworkers with better ways to use tool or simple projects. These magazines are very handy resources, but I wanted to create a magazine that not only contains helpful tool tips but also showcase woodworker as fine artists.
This magazine was designed for a publication class. The scope of the projected encompassed designing a printed and digital publication. The digital version of the magazine uses both horizontal and vertical orientation. The interactive features include, sideshows, video, scrolling, and videos.
